If you have government insurance, you may be eligible to receive financial assistance through independent co-pay foundations. Independent co-pay foundations are charitable nonprofit organizations that have their own eligibility criteria and application processes. These foundations may give additional support for help with out-of-pocket (OOP) costs including:

If you are uninsured and eligible, you may receive your prescribed Gilead medication free of charge through the Medication Assistance Program (MAP). Our Advancing Access® team can help determine your eligibility into the MAP and help you enroll if eligible.

If you lack insurance, Gilead Advancing Access® can research additional coverage options to identify whether you may be eligible for additional financial assistance by a state pre-exposure prophylaxis drug assistance program, independent co-pay foundation, the Medicare Low-Income Subsidy, a state Medicaid program, or a federal or state health insurance exchange.
